In 1934, Lindon City held it's first annual tree lighting event with 200 people and 20 lights to help cheer up the towns people in a time when they need comfort and joy.
Mayor Jeff Acerson continues that tradition adding a program that helps us remember the true meaning of Christmas. The police department provided hot cocoa for everyone.
Rocky Mountain Elementary, including my sister, sang Christmas songs.
Santa rode in on a firetruck spreading Christmas joy to every girl and boy.
